Shipping policy

We take great care in packing and preparing every order to ensure it arrives safely and on time. While we work with trusted carriers like FedEx, we do not directly control shipping once the item leaves our facility.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We’ll help guide the process and assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

In most cases, we can re-ship or replace items once the claim has been confirmed as lost or damaged by the carrier. If faster resolution is needed, additional shipping insurance is available at the time of order. Let us know if you'd like to add it.
