The Ultimate Theater Baseplate system provides a common platform for pipe, truss, speaker poles, lighting booms, and other temporary structures. Start with the baseplate that fits the application, then add ballast, outriggers, leveling feet, casters, and transport accessories as needed.

From small indoor setups to large outdoor structures, the same core components can be reused, reconfigured, and transported as part of one standardized system.

Designed around flexible mounting options:

A heavy-duty modular base system for larger freestanding truss structures, totems, and ground-supported video walls.

  • Center or offset truss mounting lets you position truss next to a video wall or hang a line array over the base
  • Add leveling feet to keep towers stable and plumb on uneven floors or pavement.
  • Add outriggers to increase the footprint of taller or more demanding structures.
  • Bolt-on undermount weights add substantial ballast while keeping the weight attached to the base.
  • Anchor to the ground with tent stakes when outdoor conditions and the site allow.

A compact, modular ballast system for larger ground-supported structures that need more mass, more mounting options, or a wider support footprint.

  • Top and Side mounting provisions allow truss and pipe to be directly connected to the ballast unit
  • Bolt multiple units together to increase footprint or mass
  • Internal weights can be added or removed to match the structure's ballast requirements
  • Corners accept screw jacks, captive leveling feet, or tent stakes for anchoring to the ground
  •  Integrated rigging points provide easy attachment for couplers, slings, and cheeseboroughs.

A modular display support system that can be configured for fixed, rolling, low-profile, or fully accessorized AV setups.

  • Center and offset dual-pole mounting gives you flexibility for single or double sided displays
  • 4-3/8" pole centers maintain compatibility with many common dual-pole display stand configurations.
  • Threaded corners let any baseplate become a rolling display package without changing the core structure.
  • Add AV accessories for soundbars, DVD players, rackmount equipment, battery backups, and other supporting gear.
  • Low-profile TV cleats can be used independently for confidence monitors and other displays that need to stay close to the floor.
  • Bolt-on undermount weights add 75 lb to the 45 lb base for increased mass and stability with larger displays.

Center and offset mounting positions are designed to keep fixture and structure mass better centered over the baseplate, improving stability without automatically reaching for more ballast.

One Baseplate, Any Department

Adapterless mounting for truss, 1.5" NPT pipe, speaker poles, and other common production hardware keeps setups clean and lets the same base inventory serve lighting, video, audio, and staging needs.

Built to Adapt On Site

Threaded corners accept leveling feet or casters, so the same base can be leveled, made mobile, or reconfigured quickly as conditions change.

Designed Around Transport

Bases, weights, and accessories follow consistent dimensions and are designed around dedicated carts for storage and transportation. Loaded carts are sized to move through standard doorways.
